I've always found that fighting gets in the way of drinking time, so have only ever been involved in pub brawls personally when a companion has needed the help.
But it's each to their own and I bet loads of folk who look down at hooligans as scum, have happily taken drugs in their life to their hearts content.
I'd say that was more knobish, but as a previous borderline alcoholic, I'm in no position to judge anyone and so I don't.

Some people like a release and to get some tension out from everyday life and enjoy fighting, so if it's amongst like minded people with no weapons involved, then I don't see a problem.
Unfortunately that's not always the case and some idiots who are cowards/poofs carry knives.
Hilarious that yanks think it's simple folk who do it when they have the highest percentage of thick cunts and lunatics in the world.

I liked Tom my.

I have friends at other football clubs throughout the U K.
But as o told tom my on many occasions if you have the attitude of being out to scrap with someone that is what you will get .
If you plan your journeys well a good time without violence is the result in most cases.
